Baidnath Kumar is a committed child rights activist with years of experience addressing trafficking, missing children cases, and systemic neglect across Jharkhand and beyond. His childhood was full of struggles; at the age of just 7, he started working as a child labourer.

Rising from this personal adversity, he actively engages with law enforcement, commissions, and grassroots networks. Serving as a Bench Magistrate Member of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), he ensures accountability and timely action in child protection cases.

Under his leadership, Child Rights Foundation has expanded its impact across multiple states, combining legal advocacy with compassionate rehabilitation to rescue and restore the dignity of over 10,000 children.
